A lot has happened since I last blogged. Where do I start?
The long and short is I have moved, to a delightful place called Wingerworth. A large village based outside of Chesterfield. It was a fairly quick move in the end involving a little trauma on the day but all is good.
We decided time was right to move. My daughter was lucky enough to have a house already with our delightful Granddaughter Imogen and her partner Dan. (Note: I have linked the Janie Crow page for the Imogen Blanket kit, as it was named after Imogen) So we only had to tear our 19 year old son away from all his friends! He may actually stand a chance of getting on the property ladder now!
I am down to 2 large boxes of unpacking and today I finally have an office/craft room/quiet space to call my own with thanks to hubby and Ikea.
I must say I am finding my new surroundings very inspiring. I have met some lovely new neighbours. There are so many dog owners, I love the fact that I am not the only lunatic walking their dog at 6am.

So life is good! ... I feel really relaxed and happy. Before I forget I also had another design published in Inside Crochet magazine, its called Honeycomb Bag and is made using Rowan's All Seasons Cotton, using faux leather bag handles from the Knit Pro range which really finished it off.
Until next time....Nicky xx
